Lychee Mojuico


600ml Suncrest Lychee Juice
8 tsp sugar
16 fresh mint leaves
12 tbsp KTC Lime Juice
250ml fizzy water


1. Crush the sugar and mint leaves together with a pestle and mortar, place in a jug and pour the remaining ingredients over.
2. Serve in a tall glass over ice and garnish with the sugar frosted mint. To sugar frost min spritz the mint with water then dip into sugar and freeze.
